About Our Attorney

N. Michael Kouskoutis is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney and primarily practices in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Real Estate.
Since 1991, N. Michael Kouskoutis has provided quality legal services in Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando Counties and surrounding areas. Free consultations are offered to persons interested in Probate services and estate planning, including wills, durable power of attorney, medical power of attorney, and living wills. Office locations include Tarpon Springs, New Port Richey and Spring Hill.
Mr. Kouskoutis was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991; the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida in 1991; the Supreme Court, State of Florida in 1991; received his education at the University of South Florida (B.A. 1981); and Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (J.D. 1991) and has a very high rating in both legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell.

Community Service

N. Michael Kouskoutis is also an active member of the community and serves on a number of boards and community groups including the Florida Hospital North Pinellas and its Charitable Foundation where he serves on the Board of Directors, City of Tarpon Springs Community for an Elder Friendly Community serving as Chairman, Tarpon Springs Chamber of Commerce; Tarpon Springs Boys & Girls Club, Tarpon Springs Elks Lodge, and Tarpon Springs Rotary Club. He has been recognized for his many contributions to the community.
